How To Increase Testosterone Naturally And Boost Your Sex Drive

By John Alexander

---------

Your body produces testosterone naturally. Here’s how it works, in a nutshell… basically, some cells in your balls called “Leydig cells” convert cholesterol into testosterone, and then releases that miracle hormone into your bloodstream.

Every day, your body produces 4 to 10 MG of testosterone. And, depending on how much sex you have, your body secretes 4 to 10 MG a day. You see, every time you come inside your woman, you inject testosterone into her.

So, in order to be able to have more sex, you need to increase testosterone levels in your body.

This also has a feedback loop kind of effect… not only does having a higher amount of sensual lovemaking require you to produce more testosterone, but the more testosterone you have floating around freely in your body, the higher your desire is for sex.

So now you know the benefits of testosterone, and why you want your body to produce a massive amount of it.

But what about taking synthetic testosterone, i.e., steroids? That puts a lot of the good stuff in your bloodstream, right?

Not so fast. Your testicles make ninety-five percent of the testosterone your body produces. So when you take steroids, your balls no longer need to make that testosterone. The net result is that your balls literally shrink from lack of use.

Additionally, your body converts excess unneeded testosterone into estrogen. That’s why guys at the gym who take too many steroids develop ghastly conditions like gynecomastia (”bitch tits”). So avoid steroids.

What you want to do instead is make sure your body produces ample testosterone on its own. This is done in two ways:
1. By eliminating the things you do that reduce your testosterone production.
2. By doing the things that have been proven to boost your testosterone production.

With that in mind, I’m going to tell you the “testosterone foods” in this article. Eat them, and it will boost the amount of Miracle Hormone your body produces:

Testosterone Food Secret #1: Eat Less Estrogen.

Estrogens in your diet come from sources you’d never suspect.

One of the biggest offenders is soy. It contains estrogen-like chemicals that can boost your body’s supply of that hormone. (In fact, a large reason that postmenopausal women consume soy is that it acts in many ways as estrogen replacement therapy!)

Another source of estrogen is conventional store-bought poultry. In order to grow chickens as fast as possible, to produce that plump white chicken meat that consumers crave so much, the feed given to chickens on factory farms is full of estrogen.

So instead of buying conventional chicken, pay the extra money to buy “hormone free” or even organic chickens.

Testosterone Food Secret #2: Yes, You Can Eat Cholesterol (Sometimes)

Not all cholesterol is bad. Consume more of the “good cholesterol” (HDL) and less of the “bad cholesterol” (LDL). Researchers have found that men with high levels of HDL have higher testosterone.

Avoid consuming too many saturated fats. And avoid trans fats in any quantity. Look for “partially hydrogenated oil” and “vegetable shortening” in ingredients labels. The main offenders are margarine and packaged baked goods like cookies and crackers.

You can find the good fats in…
- Fatty cold-water fish such as salmon.
- Flaxseed oil (which you can find at organic food stores).
- Nuts.

Also consume more fiber, which reduces your LDL levels.

Testosterone Food Secret #3: Cut Carbs.

A diet high simple sugars and starches can create your blood levels of cortisol and insulin to spike. These two hormones harm your body’s production of testosterone.

Foods to avoid are:
- Breads, particularly low-fiber white bread.
- Pasta.
- Potatoes.

Testosterone Food Secret #4: Fruits and Vegetables Jump Start Your Sex Life

Eat as much fruits and vegetables as you can. An ideal quantity in your diet is about 70%. This isn’t as hard as it sounds. If you drop the refined carbs such as white bread from your diet (which should be dropped… see the chapter of my book on “How to Get Her to Swallow”), then you can easily find yourself eating 30% meat and 70% fruits and vegetables.

Don’t worry about it if you can’t attain that high of a level, however. A study in the US showed that adding just one piece of fruit and one serving of vegetables to your daily diet can increase your testosterone considerably.

Every time you ejaculate, you lose the following nutrients: Vitamins B6, B12, and E; Calcium; Magnesium; Selenium; and Zinc. As you replenish your bodyÕs stocks of these nutrients, you’ll also notice an increase in the volume of your semen.

Foods rich in some or all of these semen-replenishing nutrients are:
- Oysters. (Yes, the rumors about the benefits of this food are true.)
- Beef.
- Nuts, especially cashews, pecans, and walnuts.
- Oatmeal.
- Whole wheat bread.
- Avocados.

It’s also important to get lots of vitamin C… good semen-friendly sources of which being pineapple juice and oranges. Studies have shown that the more Vitamin C you consume as part of your daily diet, the higher your sperm count is.
